Hotel Reservation
A limited number of discounted rooms at Chaminade are available exclusively for registered MLCAD participants. The special rate is $215 per night for a room with either a king bed or two queen beds. A booking link will be sent to all registered attendees. Since availability is limited, we encourage you to make your reservation before August 8, 2025 to secure the discounted rate.
Visa
MLCAD is able to provide visa support letters to attendees. For visa support letters, please refer all requests to general co-chair Jiang Hu (jianghu@tamu.edu). The following information should be included with the request: (1) Your name as it appears on your passport; (2) Your current postal mailing address; (3) Your passport number and issuing country.
Student Travel Grants
Thanks to the generous support of the U.S. National Science Foundation and IEEE Council on Electronic Design Automation, MLCAD 2025 is pleased to offer travel grants to students. This travel grant provides opportunities for students, who would not otherwise have resources to attend the conference to engage in technical, professional, educational, and social exchanges that MLCAD fosters. The travel grant provides funds to each awardee to partially cover costs of registration fee, lodging, and airfare. The awardees will pay for the expenses ahead of time and get reimbursed after the conference. The travel grant selection committee reserves the right to award a different amount than what is requested based on the availability of funds (reimbursement priority will be on airfare and hotel cost).
