Camera-Ready Paper Submission
All accepted papers must submit a final camera-ready version through the EasyChair submission system.
Submission system: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=mlcad2026
Please note the following:
- All final submissions must be uploaded through EasyChair. Email submissions will not be accepted.
- A final submission is required, even if you do not intend to make changes to the original submission.
- Log in using the same EasyChair account used to submit your paper.
- Camera-ready papers may be updated until the final submission deadline shown in EasyChair.
ACM Templates
Authors must prepare the final manuscript using the ACM conference proceedings template. Authors may reuse their existing ACM-formatted source files, updating the template as needed to comply with the current ACM requirements.
The templates are available on the ACM website: https://www.acm.org/publications/proceedings-template
The camera-ready paper should be identical to the accepted version except for:
- Adding author names and affiliations for double-blind submissions.
- Correcting typographical or formatting errors.
- Addressing revisions specifically requested by the reviewers.
The following changes are not permitted after acceptance:
- Paper title.
- Technical content, results, or figures.
- Author list, other than revealing authors from an anonymous submission.
- Major wording or formatting changes that alter the accepted paper.
ACM Copyright
Before uploading the camera-ready paper, the corresponding author must complete the ACM eRights (copyright) form.
Please watch for the upcoming ACM copyright email. After the eRights form is submitted, the corresponding author will receive a confirmation message containing the required copyright text and code to add to the paper’s title page.
Proceedings and Page Limits
The main paper content is limited to six (6) pages. In addition, authors may include:
- Up to one (1) page of references.
- Up to one (1) page of appendix.
- For papers participating in Artifact Evaluation (AE), up to one (1) additional page for an AE appendix.
These allowances are separate from the six-page main-paper limit.
