Hotel Reservation and Transportation
The event will be held at the SnowBird Resort, Utah, USA. More information and a special MLCAD Group discount will be provided later.
A transportation option can be added while booking online. Note that guests do need to have their flight information when booking transportation. Round trip cost is $88/person in a shared ride van.
Visa
MLCAD is able to provide visa support letters to attendees. For visa support letters, refer all requests to the General Chairs. The following information should be included with the request: Your name as it appears on your passport and your current postal mailing address.
Student Travel Grants
Thanks to the generous support of the U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF) and IEEE Council on Electronic Design Automation (IEEE CEDA), MLCAD 2024 is pleased to offer several travel grants to students. The travel grant provides opportunities for students who would not otherwise have the resources to attend the conference to engage in technical, professional, educational, and social exchanges that MLCAD fosters. The travel grant provides funds to each awardee to partially cover the costs of the registration fees, lodging, and airfare.
